Confirm receipt under "Your watches" → "Purchases". This does not yet mean you accept its condition.

You have 14 days from receipt to inspect the watch fully.

Payout
Without a complaint Bestwrist pays out to the seller. If there is a problem, the amount stays locked.
If you report a problem within the inspection period, the amount stays locked until the case is resolved. If it was already paid out, we recover it. Your refund always goes through us, not through the seller.

Complaints for defects
- Complaint
- If you find defects, damage or deviations from the listing within the period, let us know in time.
- Important
- A complaint is only possible for actual defects. Returns because you changed your mind are excluded for private purchases.
- Payout to the seller
- Automatic once no complaint is open. Your 14-day inspection period is not affected.
Plus a 14-day right of withdrawal
- Withdrawal
- Within the period you can withdraw from the purchase without giving reasons. Declare it explicitly and send the watch back to the dealer.
- Refund
- Once the watch is back in its original condition, you get the full price back within the statutory period.
- Payout to the dealer
- Only if there was no withdrawal within the 14 days and the watch was not returned.

We review private listings before release, including whether the seller actually owns the watch.
