Private Purchase – What Happens After Receiving the Watch?

Confirm Receipt:

Please confirm receipt of the watch under “Your Watches” → “Purchases” as soon as it arrives.

By confirming, you do not automatically accept the quality of the watch – you still have time to thoroughly inspect it.

Inspection of the Watch:

As a buyer, you have 14 days from the receipt of the watch to fully inspect it.

Complaint

If you find any defects, damage, or discrepancies from the description in the listing within this period, you must report this to us promptly.

Please note: A complaint is only valid for actual defects – returns due to dissatisfaction or other reasons are excluded.

Payout to the Seller:

After the 14 days have passed – if no complaint has been reported – the purchase amount will be automatically paid to the seller.

Purchase from a Dealer – What Happens After Receiving the Watch?

Confirm Receipt:

Please confirm receipt of the watch under “Your Watches” → “Purchases” as soon as it arrives.

By confirming, you do not automatically accept the quality of the watch – you still have time to thoroughly inspect it.

Inspection of the Watch:

As a buyer, you have 14 days from the receipt of the watch to fully inspect it.

Right of Withdrawal:

Within this period, you can withdraw from the purchase without providing a reason and return the watch.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must explicitly declare the withdrawal and return the watch to the dealer.

Refund:

Once the watch has been returned and its condition inspected, you will receive a full refund, provided the watch is in original condition and undamaged.

The refund will be processed within the statutory period.

Payout to the Seller:

If no withdrawal is declared within the 14 days and the watch is not returned, the purchase amount will be automatically paid to the dealer after the period expires.
