Very rare Patek Philippe Gents Nautilus "Diamond" with reference 3800/3J in 18k yellow gold. The bezel is set with Patek original diamond setting and is adorned with 40 diamonds, which have a total of approximately 0.90 carats. Inside the watch is the Patek automatic caliber 335SC with date. The diameter is 36 mm. The dial is "gold - champagne" with 11 diamond hour indices. The watch was produced in 1990 and sold on August 7, 1990, and is in an almost perfect condition - unpolished original condition / nearly NOS - with some beautiful discoloration / oxidation. This beautiful Nautilus also comes with the original Patek box and outer carton - PP Extract from the Archives.
