What you receive.
You pay the card fee in your own shop as well. For reach, buyer verification and handling you effectively pay 3.5%.
How fast is my shop on Bestwrist?
The import starts as soon as you enter your shop URL. Around 200 watches are imported within an hour at most, inventories with more than 1,000 watches within a few hours.
Do I stay in control of my listings?
Yes. Before going live you review your imported stock once and approve it. After that, new watches go live automatically after a quick check by our team, and you can take single watches offline at any time.
Can a watch be sold twice?
No. Every purchase only becomes binding once you confirm it. If the watch has already been sold elsewhere, you simply decline the order.
What does Bestwrist really cost me?
Only 4.9% including VAT when you sell. That includes payment processing (for Visa, for example, 1.4%), which you pay for card payments in your own shop as well. No base fee, no setup costs, no minimum term. You get an invoice for every sale.
When do I get paid?
The buyer pays into an escrow account. As soon as they confirm receipt and condition of the watch, the amount is paid out to you, minus the service fee. If the confirmation does not come, we follow up with the buyer so your money does not sit idle.
How does the dealer auction work?
When a private seller lists a watch, after our review only dealers can see it and bid for 24 hours. The seller then decides whether to accept the best offer.
