Rolex Sea-Dweller 43 Ref. 126603 The Rolex Sea-Dweller with reference 126603, introduced in 2019, marks a historic chapter in the evolution of extreme deep-sea diving watches from the Geneva manufacture. For the first time in the over 50-year history of the collection, Rolex introduced the noble bicolor design (Yellow Rolesor) into the uncompromising professional diving line. With its imposing 43mm case, the characteristic golden "Sea-Dweller" lettering, and the patented helium valve, the Ref. 126603 combines the functional high performance of a professional underwater instrument with the luxurious radiance of solid 18-carat yellow gold. Imposing 43mm Oyster case in Yellow Rolesor: Made from extremely durable stainless steel (Oystersteel) in combination with solid 18-carat yellow gold. Helium valve system at 9 o'clock: An integrated automatic helium valve made of titanium ensures safe pressure equalization during ascent in decompression for professional saturation dives. Rotatable Cerachrom bezel made of black ceramic: The unidirectionally rotatable diving bezel made of scratch-resistant black ceramic features a 60-minute graduation. Deep black dial with golden accents: The matte, deep black dial is characterized by the iconic two-line model lettering, where the name "Sea-Dweller" is in the same noble gold tone as the hands and the settings of the indices. Durable Chromalight luminescence: The generous hands and indices made of 18-carat yellow gold are filled with blue Chromalight luminescent material, providing excellent readability in complete darkness and underwater. Sapphire crystal with cyclops lens over the date: Protected by an extremely durable sapphire crystal with the characteristic date magnifier at 3 o'clock. High-performance manufacture caliber 3235 (COSC & Rolex certification): Equipped with the patented Chronergy escapement, an anti-magnetic blue Parachrom hairspring, and Paraflex shock absorbers. The automatic movement offers a power reserve of approximately 70 hours with a precision of -2/+2 seconds per day. Screw-down Triplock crown: Made of 18-carat yellow gold and equipped with a triple sealing system, it reliably protects the movement together with the screwed Oystersteel case back.
