• On Bestwrist, you may only sell watches and related accessories.
• Only genuine and authentic products are allowed. The sale of counterfeits, replicas, or imitated goods is strictly prohibited.
• If you are selling used watches, make sure to honestly and thoroughly describe the condition, any damages, or modifications.

• Your product descriptions must be complete, honest, and accurate.
• You must include at least the required information as marked in the listing.
• We also recommend providing as many optional details as possible to appear frequently and accurately in search results.
• Upload high-resolution, well-lit, and current photos of the item and its accessories, showing the actual condition.
• Make sure to include at least the recommended angles when uploading images.

• Clearly state your prices, without any hidden fees.
• Adjust your prices to realistic market prices.
• Keep any negotiation space reasonable and realistic if you want to offer discounts.
• Ensure your prices include all relevant taxes and fees according to local regulations.

• Comply with the laws of your country as well as Bestwrist's policies.
• The sale of stolen or illegally acquired watches is strictly prohibited. You are responsible for ensuring that all items you offer are your legal property or that you are selling them under lawful authority.

• Respond to buyer messages within 12 to 24 hours.
• Always be friendly, professional, and transparent in communication.
• If there are complaints or disputes, strive for a quick and fair resolution.

• Ship all sold items within the timeframe you’ve provided.
• Use a secure and traceable shipping method to build trust with buyers.
• Inform your buyers about the shipping status and make sure the items are well-protected and packaged securely..

• Clearly state whether you accept returns and explain the exact conditions for returns.
• If you offer warranty claims or repairs, make this information transparent and easily accessible for buyers.

• For pickup orders the buyer's payment is held in escrow by Bestwrist and is only released to you after the buyer confirms the 5-digit pickup code.
• Always verify the buyer's identity with an official photo ID before handing over the watch and check that the name matches the order in your seller account.
• Let the buyer inspect the watch in peace. Once they are satisfied, they enter the pickup code in their app — your account is credited as soon as we receive the confirmation.
• Never ask the buyer to enter the code before the handover, never share the code via chat, and never accept the watch back without contacting Bestwrist Support.
• If the buyer does not appear or does not confirm the code within 7 days, the order is automatically cancelled and the watch is returned to your stock as paused — you can re-list it at any time.

• Violations of the dealer guidelines may result in your dealer account being restricted, suspended, or deleted.
• Bestwrist reserves the right to remove listings that do not comply with our guidelines.
• In the case of serious violations, we reserve the right to take legal action.
